Derick Allen –
Been using the Icon for about a month and absolutely love it. Works with gym shorts and in multiple positions along the belt line. My 360 stays put no rattling clean draw and re holstering is a breeze. I carry mostly AIWB even while sitting it isn’t too uncomfortable.
Matt –
There is quite a bit to like from this holster, but it could be better. + My 442 snaps into place and is held securely. The clip is good. I can wear this with sweats or basketball shorts. – My 442 rattles in the holster due to the holster being molded to fit many J frames and not a different mold for specific models. Idea: Add one additional hole to allow the revolver to angle back (opposite of FBI cant). Personally this would allow it to conceal better AIWB.
Brad G –
Received my Icon last week, and just wanted to drop a quick note about it. Workmanship appears excellent, and it fits my S&W 640 perfectly. Carried it all weekend appendix, and it is very comfortable. The 640 is fairly heavy (for a J-frame), and you really almost forget it’s there. Thanks for great product and quick turnaround time. Brad
scott gallawa –
Great holster, tough and very durable. . Conceals beautifully and holds my S&W 38 Airweight with just the right snugness for stability ….but will allow a quick pull out of the holster. Nicely done. highly recommended.
Stuart Bremner (verified owner) –
Recently bought my daughter a Smith 642 and was looking for a quality Kydex holster that was slim, form fitting and secure. I chose this and am very happy. First, the Kydex mold for the J frame is perfect. The revolver literally snaps in to place and is very secure. You can adjust the retention strength with a single screw. It’s streamline and covers just what needs to be covered and nothing more. No bulk on this holster. The ambi belt/pant clip is strong and easy to change from side to side. Build quality and finish are excellent. My only slight hesitation is that it seems a bit overpriced at $50 + shipping. Would I buy I again? Yes but this really should be a $40 holster. My point of comparison is CrossBreed, StealthGear, Alien and several other holsters manufacturers whose product I own. Love the holster but just think it’s a bit overpriced.
Shane (verified owner) –
As one who has carried J-frames exclusively now for almost 30 years, and has tried every holster out there for them, I have to say that this is by far not only the best kydex holster but the best holster period for the J-frame!
Harry’s Holsters has hit an absolute grand-slam with this holster!
Harrison –
Glad you like it!
C. H. –
Have had mine for right on a year now. This is a really well-made kydex holster, holding up great, great retention, and very comfortable with the gun. Now I just need an OWB version 😉
Paul H. –
This holster is perfect whether you’re lounging around the house in basketball shorts or out and about in pants with a gun belt. The clip on this holster is so versatile it works no matter the occasion. I’ve never been able to appendix carry a semi automatic pistol comfortably but this j frame holster is not only comfortable while carrying appendix but it disappears under a t-shirt too.
Christian Linehan (verified owner) –
This holster does everything I was looking for and more. The clip is strong and holds the holster in place with or without a belt. It is very comfortable and versatile. My S&W 638 rides so nice and snug that I never have to worry about it at all! Great product!
Jonathan Vang (verified owner) –
Simple and does it’s job. Great retention. Fast shipping.
Kjell Rosenberg –
Great holster. Keeps the gun safe and secure.
Donny Wells (verified owner) –
I have been carrying my J frame in this holster everyday for about a month now. I have got to say that it is just a dream. The retention is great, the clip is strong but not too big or hard to get over a belt. The carry is light and unobtrusive, I have carried it in the 3 o’clock and 2 o’clock position and you are able to move it slightly when sitting down. It is a high quality holster and it is worth the few extra bucks.
Shawn –
Got this for my wife’s Lady S&W 38, does it’s job right out of the packaging. Great retention. Fast shipping.Great holster. Keeps the gun safe and secure.
Phil (verified owner) –
It works just as advertised and I must like it because this makes #2 for me. The new one is black and fits the S&W 642 well. My first one is brown and I use it for my Rossi M88 ( the fit not as good as a J frame) but it works. As I crossed the age of 70 the arthritis in my hands does not allow me to work my auto’s as good as I did in my younger years but with my revolvers my index finger works just fine. Thanks Harrison.
Kenneth Carr (verified owner) –
I purchased the holster for my S&W model 36, the gun fits a little loose in the holster until you put it on inside the waist band then it is tight. I love the way it secures the gun and holds secure on the belt.
I highly recommend the holster.
Josh (verified owner) –
I’ve been carrying a 640 Smith in this holster daily for the last two months. And I can say that in the future I won’t be carrying a j frame IWB in anything but this holster. I was concerned about comfort as this was my first full kydex rig. It’s just as comfortable as any leather holster, with less bulk and better retention. Clip is great on the belt and even gym shorts.
Just wish I could get one for my 3″ Model 60.
Chris Stadler (verified owner) –
Fantastic setup. The holster is sturdy and lightweight (2.25 oz) and holds my 351c perfectly. The clip is amazing and works on everything from gym shorts, to sweat pants, to dress slacks. Completely loaded and holsters, the 351c comes in at 14.45 oz, making my little snubbie an ALWAYS gun.
Ken Salazar (verified owner) –
Love this holster. It was already set for a IWB right hander. All I did was tighten up the squeeze adjustment that holds the gun in. It’s a perfect conceal carry; nice and sleek. I like to “Tennessee Tuck” wear mine outside of my shirt. BRAVO HARRY’S HOLSTERS!
Paul (verified owner) –
J-Frames are great, lightweight pocket guns, but what if you don’t have pockets? This holster works with elastic waistbands so it’s now possible to carry while running or riding bike. If you’re wearing something that has tight pockets, then this is a great holster to add to your holster wardrobe.
Brandon Holgersen (verified owner) –
It’s okay. It’s better than many cheaper holsters, but no matter where I wear it, or cant it, it creates uncomfortable hotspots. I like the clip for when I don’t have a belt, and the holster goes on and off easily, but I don’t see myself wearing this all day. I could probably change my wardrobe, buy a wedge kit and experiment, but I’m on a budget and have kids to feed.
Roger (verified owner) –
Absolutely great
Jacob VanCoevering (verified owner) –
This has been my go to for the few weeks i’ve had it. It works really well for beltless carry which i find myself doing alot for walking the dog and running to the grocery store. I wasn’t sure if It would be worth it when i initially purchased it, but with my current experience i’d definitely buy it again.
Jon Larez (verified owner) –
I’m usually a soft loop guy but the clip is great. Fits my 642 nicely and it’s really comfortable. It’s a great holster and one I’ll exclusively use for my J frame from now on
Dalton (verified owner) –
Great quality strong rides nice in the 3 o’clock position conceals great holds the gun securely in the holster when adjusted to your particular tension and is comfortable enough to wear all day long without noticing the firearm on my person I carry a Smith & Wesson model 60-357 Magnum in this particular holster fits my needs extremely well great job Harry’s
Chris –
Great fit, have been using for a week. Bought this for my model 60 but it also fit a 642 with laser grips very well.
Jeremiah Hunt (verified owner) –
Love this holster so far, been using every day for approximately 2 weeks, conceals extremely well, great retention. I find it to be very comfortable, the gun and holster just get lost in a pair of jeans. This is just as good or better than my Galco leather deep concealment tuckable holster.
Greg Gritsch (verified owner) –
Very pleased with the rig. The style of belt clip is very secure. On thin pants it rides behind my belt being totally hidden. This won’t be my only harry’s holster. Many thanks.
Chad Haynes (verified owner) –
Got this on Friday afternoon. Put my 640 in it, carried appendix, and drove 5.5 hours across state. With the wedge installed I did not feel it at all! It was amazing! Was in shorts and a slim fitted t-shirt. Wore it all week during a conference, it was sooo comfortable I forgot it at times. Then drove the 5.5 hours back home! Best holster I have ever purchased!
Dennis Thornton (verified owner) –
Both my 642 and 637 fit very well in the Icon holster. Just about perfect amount of retention .
At this point I have not actually carried it because I am looking for a suitable belt to pair it with.
I am well pleased with the workmanship and quality of the holster and do not see how it
could be improved.
Sherman August House (verified owner) –
I heard about this holster from Claude Werner THE TACTICAL PROFESSOR and he has extensive experience with the @harrysholsters ICON. So I got one and I really like it. @discreetcarryconcepts clip keeps it locked onto the belt, works with drawstring shorts or gi pants and positively locks the gun in place. And one thing that I really like about it is it keeps the grip oriented appropriately at a right angle to the belt for a full grip and solid draw. It also will hold the magnum J frames (2 1/8” barrel) just as positively as the old short frames. I’ll put it through a class soon, but I anticipate a great service life with this.
Francois St Laurent (verified owner) –
a new classic for an Icon. This holster hold my SW 351c perfectly well. It feel more like a skin for my firearm than a holster. Minimalist, yet totally functional, no rattling, easy to adjust retention. Thank you Harry, Francois
Cody Sprague (verified owner) –
I bought this holster to carry my older S&W model 640 (full steel .38 SPL only) in the appendix configuration. The kydex is top quality, finish work is excellent, and the retention on the firearm is better than all of my other holsters.
In my opinion, a couple improvements are needed to really take this holster from a quality carrying case to a true AIWB option: it needs a claw over the trigger guard for better concealment, and the belt clip (also good quality) needs the capability to move up toward the grip of the gun about a centimeter. The current height is just a little too low and doesn’t support some of the cylinder and grip allowing the gun to tip forward and flare slightly. I’m left-handed and have to carry my revolver in a cross-draw configuration (on my right side) using my belly to conceal the grip. The opposite slant (\) works better to conceal the grip because it flares so badly (I’m a pretty small, slender guy 5’8″ 145Lbs 29″ waist, and the can’t of my belly to hip on the right side makes a marked improvement). Moving the gun slightly lower into the waist band might also help with this.
I am really impressed by the quality of the holster, but the concealment design and ergonomics leave something to be desired and will likely disuade me from this option as a daily alternative.
All of that being said, this is the best AIWB kydex option I have found for a j-frame and this option can work with a little experimenting and determination.
Harrison –
We’ve got something coming with features that’ll fix your complaints but it’ll be at a sustainably higher pricepoint.
Steven Chambers (verified owner) –
I have used alot of j frame holsters in the pocket inside the waist band and over the waist band and this holster is by far the best holster I have found for the Smith and Wesson 642 air weight fits like a glove and it locks the firearm in place it stays in place no matter where you put it on the belt I’ve been carrying concealed for over 20+years now worth every penny very good high quality product.
Andrew M. (verified owner) –
I read about the Icon holster on the forums and thought I’d give it a try. Fits my 640 no-dash and my Model 60 perfectly; carries comfortably at 4 oclock position; allows some small angle and height adjustments; pre drilled for left/right side; doesn’t collapse when empty; has EXCELLENT (and adjustable) retention without requiring a strap or lock/release mechanism; gun “snaps” positively in/out of retention; can re-holster single handed; great price and quality. I love this product and will order another.
Kennon Kelly (verified owner) –
As usual great quality.
Luke Mueller (verified owner) –
I really dislike this holster. The kydex is very thin and flimsy and the gun wiggles around in it. It is barely adjustable and there is no way for me to wear it where it actually conceals since the handle is so high above my waistband and sticks so far out. I would send it back but I’d have to pay both shipping and a $15 restocking fee so it’s not worth it. Definitely not worth $65 and I really wouldn’t have even paid $15 for it if I saw it first.
Paul Gwinnup (verified owner) –
As many others stated it’s hard to find a good kydex j-frame holster. I have used this for both my 638 and 60. I had carried in the 3-4 o clock position, but tried it AIWB and really liked it. Ordered the claw and wedge to help the grip suck in a bit more. Great products, worth the price.
Sam (verified owner) –
Been over a year now, this is the only holster + gun that I can comfortable wear AIWB. S&W J-frame, 637 with full-size Hogue grips. I pretty much only wear this with Viktos GymSwym shorts, with its built in “belt” G-hook system. One of the best summer/hot-weather carry setups. I’m now purchasing a ‘claw’ to see if I’ll like this coupled with the holster. But for a guy that HATES AIWB with pretty much any other gun/holster (Glock, CZ, etc), AIWB with a J-frame riding in THIS holster feels great!
Kevin Martin –
I have to have the holster before I can rate it. From the current reviews which most have been very positive this holster should fit my model 60 well. Been waiting for it to be back in stock for a while now, so what’s the delay?
Matthew S (verified owner) –
This is an awesome holster for my LCR. I wear shorts a lot, and I needed something light, slim, and highly-concealable. This holster checks all the boxes and more. With the revolver indexed it ways so little compared to other concealed pistol setups that I can comfortably wear gym shorts or joggers without them sagging. Great design, will recommend to anyone who has an LCR or Airweight revolver
Sean D (verified owner) –
Excellent fit for my M&P 340. Gun fits snugly and draws easily. Holster is comfortable in appendix or 5 o’clock carry and conceals very well. Metal clips are sturdy but may scratch up leather belts if not careful. This feature is what allows the holster to be used with gym clothes so it’s not a design flaw. Holster requires some assembly out of the box but it includes lock tight which is a nice touch. Overall, completely satisfied with my order.
Travis –
Great Holster. Perfect fit for my S&W 360PD, this was great considering I was having a hard time finding a good kydex holster. It even works well when I wear gym shorts, I’m able to get a good, smooth, consistent draw. I highly recommend it.
Ben (verified owner) –
Works perfectly for my 642. This is my “go everywhere” holster. Tried a few options, including the City Special from Phlster, and I find the Icon 2.0 to be the best option. The wing design is genius.
Zachary B (verified owner) –
The most comfortable holster for my 340pd I’ve ever used. The communication and response from Harry’s is impeccable. The design quality and materials is top notch. The fit and finish is exceptional. It’s a great holster and I wear it everyday.
Charles K (verified owner) –
Purchased for my S&W 442. Comfortable, exceptional fit and finish. Now, if I could only buy one for my S&W 686 Plus.
Tracy T (verified owner) –
Purchased for my Smith & Wesson 637 Airweight. The holster is high quality and extremely comfortable. Easy assembly and your ready to carry. Highly recommend.
Derrick L (verified owner) –
Quick efficient delivery, great product and outstanding customer service.
Sherman A. House DDS (verified owner) –
Great rig! This is my 3rd ICON and it’s a fantastic rig for a small revolver. I most commonly wear it with gym shorts and with the DCC Monoblock clip it takes a little finagling to get it securely latched to your waistband but once it’s there, it’s not moving. Buy with confidence!
Frank S (verified owner) –
Got myself a Taurus 605 and was having trouble finding a holster for it. Found Harry’s holsters and saw a lot of good reviews on the Icon 2.0. I’ve been carrying aiwb with it for a couple weeks now and I’m impressed. It’s a very comfortable holster, barely notice that it’s there. Took a few days to adjust from carrying semi autos only, but I got the hang of it and glad I did. I also tried mounting it to a strap on my PFD while out kayaking in the mountains and the DCC clips held on really well to the vest. Just canted the clip a bit so it was at an angle for drawing with ease.

I am a retired LEO, and I’ve been carrying a gun for the better part of 30 years. I’m always in search of the perfect IWB appendix holster. I’ve tried many, and to be fair there are a number of good ones out there, and each time I’ve tried a new one, they’ve generally been progressively better. Having said that, Harry’s holster ICON 2.0 is without question the pinnacle of this design. It is so perfectly designed ,comfortable, and works so well with or without a belt, that I’ve put all my other AIWB holsters on eBay, and plan to use Harry’s exclusively. The first one I ordered was for my Ruger LCR. I plan to order one for my Smith and Wesson J frame, as well as a Shorty for my P365X once they are back in stock. Thank you Harry’s for the best designed AIWB to date.
Nick –
The Icon 2.0 is what all other revolver holsters should aspire to. It’s secure, holds my LCRx securely, and I forget it’s on due to it being so comfortable. This holster makes carrying easy and effortless, and there’s so many well thought out features incorporated into the design.
You can tell that the Icon 2.0 was built by people who carry AND shoot drills from the holster regularly. Frequently, throwing money at something doesn’t improve skills, but since going to the Icon 2.0 from the other holster I was using, I noticed about a .2 second improvement in my draw to first shot times almost immediately. The grip of my LCRx is where it needs to be, EVERY TIME.
I trust my life and my family’s lives to the Icon 2.0, and you absolutely should give it a go. I can’t recommend this holster enough!
James C (verified owner) –
I’ve tried many holsters, from the cheapest to the very expensive. My Icon 2.0 arrived ten days ago. It’s been worn daily from the time I get up to when it comes off at night. I’ve worn it under polo shirts and it just disappears. It does take some time to get it positioned right and the clips take time to get used to and to break it in. Still it’s easily the best iwb holster I’ve had. The design is great and the service is as good as it comes. I’ll do business with Harry’s again. Thanks
tobey s (verified owner) –
This is by far the best holster I have ever had for this pistol. I’d recommend it to anyone in the market for such a holster. The design and craftsmanship are perfect, and the fit is as well. Harry hit this one out of the park!!!
Roger U (verified owner) –
A bit pricey, but very well designed and made, the best holster ever for a j frame Smith. The DCC monoblock is a fantastic belt clip, much better than anything else out there.
Nancy D (verified owner) –
I love, love, love my new holster! It feels very comfortable against my body and my revolver feels very secure when in place. I have no worries regarding any surprise discharge. My icon 2.0 arrived quickly and I’m so impressed with the quality. This holster is definitely good for women to use, too.
Michael K (verified owner) –
Snug fit, excellent leather, and the belt clip will definitely hold. Stylish, and excellent quality and craftsmanship.
matthew a (verified owner) –
This is my second concealed carry holster and I am really loving this particular holster. Especially with this revolver. Doesn’t even seem like I am carrying at all. Looking in the future to purchase another LCR and this exact same holster. Two thumbs up.
Joseph (verified owner) –
This is my first time using a Harry holster. I prefer carrying a revolver. I purchased the icon 2.0 because of the build quality and ease of use as an appendix carry holster. It is by far the most comfortable holster I’ve ever work. I did need to put a wedge on the backside. (I have a tactical muffin) I put a tier 1 concealed wide wedge on the back. I trimmed it on one corner to fit perfectly. Now I don’t even feel the holster while wearing it. I have the belt clip on the upper holes pushed to the bottom. The wing sits 3/4 of the way on my belt. It’s perfect when wearing drawstring pants to prevent printing. I will purchase from Harry’s again!
JAMES B (verified owner) –
I received my holster within a week of ordering it and have been carrying my new S&W 642 PC in it every day since.
The Icon 2.0 is comfortable and the little J-frame disappears whether I’m carrying at 4 o’clock or ambidextrous.
I’m very happy with the purchase.
KenC (verified owner) –
I received my Icon 2.0 today, and am pleased with the purchase. My Ruger LCR fits perfectly, attaching the DCC clip was simple (aided by the square nuts and assembly video), and the preset firearm retension happened to be perfectly adjusted for me. I like the unique wing design, and even the finish of the holster is very nice. This is a well-designed and carefully-produced product.
Joseph D (verified owner) –
I’ll start off stating this is a very nice holster. Kydex appears to be high quality, corners and edges are nicely finished, and it’s very low profile and comfortable to wear. The clips that come with it are excellent. It’s obvious that thought went into this unit.
I knocked one star due to an issue with getting a full grip on my J frame while it’s holstered. The very top of the holster near where the right side of the clip is anchored interferes with my middle finger while attempting to get a grip and draw… the holster doesn’t allow my middle finger all the way to the bottom of the trigger guard. This issue is probably dependent on grip choice and hand size. I may end up dremeling some clearance because I truly like the holster aside from this. Just one man’s take…
Arnold C (verified owner) –
For the Ruger LCR this thing is perfect i almost never want to leave the house without it that’s how comfortable it is to carry.
Sandy W (verified owner) –
I purchased the Icon 2.0 holster for my S&W Air Lite 22lr J-Frame revolver and it’s amazing! It’s so concealable and so comfortable all day that I forget I’m even wearing it! Great product!
Darrell (verified owner) –
Never much of a fan of kydex until now. This holster is well built and shaped, no poking or digging into my skin and it just sorta melts right into me. I’m 5’7” about 150 pounds and it really does disappear on me. Highly recommended.
William S (verified owner) –
This is a great holster very comfortable and and conceals my S&W J frame perfectly. Not easy to find a IWB holster for revolvers, but Harry,s have done a great job with the design and construction. Would definitely recommend this product.
Jeff C (verified owner) –
Bought this mor my S&W 642 and it works just fine but I was a little disappointed in the fit. Seems to move around a lot in the holster and to be honest it just drives my OCD crazy. Seems to have good retention so I am not worried about the gun coming out but more slop than I expected.
Harrison –
The Icon 2.0 fits most of the J frames on the market. The Airweight guns are significantly smaller than the AitLite guns.
Unfortunately with the smaller guns there will be more movement. That’s the price for fitting all the different guns.
Derek (verified owner) –
I’ve tried a few revolver holsters and was about to give up on carrying revolvers… then I found the Icon 2.0. After some time with it, I can enthusiastically say – it is my favorite revolver holster! The well thought out placement of the low profile wing and adjustable clip coupled with rounded edges make it a very comfortable carry. I am a tall guy with a dad bod (use it for a 3″ 605 AIWB) and it works great for me. It allows for a easy draw, and doesn’t print on me unless I wear a fitted or shmedium shirt (which I have no business wearing with the aforementioned dad bod anyway).
I would highly recommend this holster, it was very well thought out and the quality of the holster is outstanding!
Charles N (verified owner) –
I recently purchased my second Icon 2.0 . The first one I bought was for a S&W J frame and the most recent purchase was for a Kimber K6XS. Having tried several other manufacturer’s IWB holsters for revolvers, I believe this offering from Harry’s Holsters is the best available. Comfortable and the revolver absolutely disappears.
Craig (verified owner) –
Finally a quality, comfortable, and practical holster that fits the Ruger LCRx .327 Federal Magnum! The added wing really does keep printing minimal, and if I didn’t have an unfortunate gut I could AIWB easily. As it is, the 5 o’clock position is great and the clips are outstanding; I’ve never had a more secure fit on the belt.
Doug M (verified owner) –
The holster did not fit my 642 like I thought it should. My gun moved around a bit in the holster while being retained. I contacted Harrison and he had me return it to see if anything was out of tolerance but he stated it was normal and I got a refund. Great customer service but unfortunately this holster did not work for me.
I also am not a fan of the DCC monoblock clip as it seemed to be hard on a leather belt due to sharp edges.
Brendo –
My go-to holster for J-Frame now! Everything else ended up in the holster graveyard box after this. Quality, retention, and of course concealability are all top notch. Added a small foam wedge to the bottom for additional comfort while seated.
Chris (verified owner) –
Hands Down the Most comfortable j frame holster ever I used to use a Tulster RATH, but I had to purchase a wing kit separately, yours already came with it installed, and you supplied loc tire as well .
Very Happy with this purchase
Mike (verified owner) –
Very impressed with the quality and adjustability of my Icon 2.0 for my Ruger LCR 38 special. Fits like a champ and securely holds the firearm in place which is very important. Appreciate the durability and clip retention. Would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a great holster at a very competitive price.
Mostly a great experience (verified owner) –
It’s a great holster. My only issue is that it rubs off on my steel Revolver.
JO (verified owner) –
I recently purchased an Icon 2.0 holster from Harry’s for concealed carry, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The holster is incredibly well-made kydex, providing a secure and comfortable fit for my Ruger LCR while also allowing for easy access when needed. The attention to detail and craftsmanship is evident in every aspect of the holster, from its sleek design to its durable construction. Additionally, I’m impressed with how effectively the design minimizes printing, ensuring that my Ruger LCR remains discreetly concealed at all times. Harry’s Holsters has definitely earned my trust and loyalty as a satisfied customer.
Tommy M (verified owner) –
Holster and hardware are sturdy and well made but not happy with how my 442 fits, it locks in well in the trigger guard but the revolver rocks/rattles significantly due to it being a generic J frame shape and not molded specifically for 442/642, I was expecting more from a $100 holster.
Lia L (verified owner) –
I recently decided to start carrying a J frame again, and picked up a S&W 342 Airlite TI. I was never completely satisfied with the holsters I had used in the past for the J frame, so I started researching, and found the Icon 2.0. I was immediately interested, first by the fact that it uses a full DCC clip, rather than a narrower clip or a plastic clip. After watching some reviews and thinking about it for a few days, I ordered one. I’ve been carrying it for several days now, and have it really dialed in. I was initially concerned about the size of the wing, as I’ve used more prominent wings in the past, but that was with semiautos. As it turns out, this wing works perfectly with a J frame boot grip, even the slightly-larger-than-stock one I’m using (a bit longer and thicker than the Uncle Mike’s grip, but not a full three-finger grip).
I’m just super happy with this holster … the quality is obvious, the assembly is easy with the locking channels that hold the nuts in place, it has great adjustability that allowed me to tune the ride height and cant exactly how I want it, it’s very comfortable, and it stays in place due to the well-considered shape and the awesome DCC clip. This was my first Harry’s Holster, and it now has me looking at their other models as an option for other guns.

I originally bought the Icon 2.0 for my Taurus 605 and quickly purchased a second Icon 2.0 for my S&W 340PD. I carry AIWB and the Icon 2.0 makes my CCW disappear and is all day comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a CCW holster.

Unreal fit and comfort. Stays put if I carry my 640 pro or my 43c Smith Wesson jframes. A lot A thought has gone into the manufacturing and finishing. Comfort is perfect fell asleep on couch with it on clip is perfect super fast shipping .

My first Harry’s Holster purchased for a Ruger .38 LCR w/Hogue G10 grip and I love it. Compact, easy assembly, no sharp edges, sturdy kydex w/a positive click upon holstering, and the DCC clip provides a very secure grip on a belt. As a senior with a challenging physique, t-shirt and shorts being my predominant summer attire in S. Texas, the LCR carried AIWB simply disappears in this holster. Also, wearing the Icon 2 sitting in the car or at the computer for lengthy periods causes no discomfort. Highly Recommended.

I purchased the Icon 2.0 for my new J-frame: S&W/Lipseys – Ultimate Carry 632-UC (32 H&R Magnum) revolver. It’s a great fit! The quality, fit & finish, attention to detail, comfort, and adjustment options are spot-on.

Hands down, better than any of the off the shelf brands.
Second one I’ve gotten. They just feel better. More secure more comfort. Just better.

Fast shipping and well made. Instructions for attaching clips are spot on. The Icon 2 holster stays put wherever it’s clipped to. Fits my Taurus 327 perfectly.

Great product but doesn’t make sense that it is 3x the price of comparable items. Also wish it was more form fitted to my j frame, there is extra material that makes the holster bigger than it needs to be. It could be more compact.

Wonderful holster very secure, well finished ZERO sharp edges and the monoblock is easy on and off. Fits my Model 60 like a glove!!! Shipping was quick.
I will be looking into getting a Harry’s Holster for my Sig P365X.

No real problems with the holster, fits well and the clips are sturdy. My only complaint is that the holster doesn’t click or have any good feedback when holstering or drawing.
A small complaint but I like the click of a plastic holster grabbing onto the trigger guard

I purchased this for a S&W Lipsys Ultimate Carry S&W 432. That amazing pistol paired with this fantastic holster has ended my fifteen-year search for the right concealed carry combination. Finally, a platform and gun that I almost forget is there and is comfortable across the range of sitting, standing, and walking I do on an everyday basis. This holster just doesn’t print whatsoever and is comfortable. Outstanding job on the re-design!!!

The perfect holster for my Kimber K6xs! I never thought that this revolver would conceal in the appendix position as well as my Shield Plus but it does, even under a properly fitting t-shirt – very impressed! Please add the new Colt Cobra/King Cobra 2” to the line.

Love the holster retention is good but not 5/5 good. It doesnt lock in and I wouldnt do handstands with it but it is better than other companies retention. I have a atually warn this all day with my 905 doing farm work, chores, mowing, running/sprinting, for long hours and it is for the most part unnoticable depending on the jeans I’m wearing. Great concealment with an untucked shirt and the holster doesnt flop around.
For the bad …. The clips are a pain to get on and off and I have no option of tucking in a shirt for a formal or professional look. I would reallly love a tuckable clip option to buy for this and would gladly pay extra for that.

I am completely satisfied with the Icon.2.0. At age 82 I was a bit worried about the clips. Well I had no problem with the clips. It did take me a couple of days to get the most comfortable adjustment. It also took me sometime to get use to it. Glad I have it and my Smith 642 PC is being carried more. Thanks Harry

Finally found the most comfortable apendix carry holster for the LCR. No pinching, gouging, cutting.
It stays in place and holds the gun well.
I JUST WISH YOU OFFERED ONE FOR THE S & W SHIELD 2.0 COMPACT .45

I purchased the Icon 2.0 for my S&W 642 “Ultimate Carry”. The fit for my revolver is excellent, providing strong retention. The audible click upon holstering is quite satisfying. This holster allows for effortless concealment and offers comfortable wear throughout the day.

I purchased the Icon 2.0 after seeing and reading about it and was very satisfied with the quality, fit, and finish. I had a very similar kydex for another gun from a well known manufacturer but the Icon is superior. The kydex is significantly thicker and the execution of the design is top notch. The fit is spot on and the double belt clip is much better quality. Although the price was a bit higher than my other kydex it is a perfect example of you get what you pay for.

I purchased, and returned, several kydex and leather IWB holsters for my Taurus 856/2″. Assorted reasons for those returns: ride height, retention, comfort, printing, etc. I find it amazing that so many holsters that look so much the same can be so different. The Icon 2.0 was the most expensive of the lot but not really all that bad for a product that will likely never wear out and serve me well for many years. The Icon 2.0 formed for the Taurus 856 2″ model fits perfectly. The retention is adjustable and adequate to the task. The wing presses the butt towards your body in a manner that reduces printing. Drawing and re-holstering the revolver are easy. The clips do work with or without a belt, I tried it. I doubt that I will ever wear it without a belt, but it can be done. Fit and finish are clean and precise. Ignore negative reviews and buy one.

Hands down the best quality and most comfortable AIWB revolver holster I have tried. Bought for my Kimber K6s DAO and it fits well has good retention, had to tighten it all the way down but it works well. This holster is super comfortable the built in wing works well for concealment and there are no hot spots. Wear it all day without any discomfort. Just a great holster

Easily the most comfortable and versatile holster I own. You can wesr gym shorts and the holster stays where it should.

I have had so many experiences with bad holsters. I have scoured websites and searched through so many reviews looking for comfortable, concealable holsters, and every time I have regretted my purchase. Not this time. This is the first holster purchase experience where I have been FULLY satisfied by the product. I wish they made a model cut specifically for the 1.875″ S&W 637, but considering the pros, I don’t mind the singular con of an extra .5″ of barrel room. If you’re buying this for a S&W 637 or similar, be aware you’ll have a little extra room at the end of the holster, but other than that, I cannot say enough good things. Extremely comfortable, adjustable, all-around great holster. If you’re considering this holster for your snubnose revolver, you should buy it: you won’t find a more optimized holster.

I have this holster for 3 LCRs, and a Kimber K6S 4 inch. My gunsmith “converted” the two inch holster to a four inch holster. All good.

I have wearing in every day for the past 2 weeks since I received it 2 weeks ago.
Simply the best appendix for a j frame revolver period!!!!!

This is one of the best holsters I’ve ever used. I threw it in while doing some yard work and forgot I was even wearing a gun.
Very comfortable and highly recommended!

I bought the Icon 2.0 for my Kimber K6XS .38 spl and I absolutely love the holster! After assembling it and wearing it around the house while doing normal activities to test it out as well as testing draw strokes from concealment, and I can say that it is the perfect holster for my new revolver. The Icon 2.0 is exactly what I was looking for, leaving nothing more to be desired in either aspect of comfort or concealment. No buyers remorse with this holster whatsoever. If you’re contemplating the purchase or on the fence about it for your revolver, I recommend pulling the trigger on the purchase as it was worth the money.

I purchased the Icon 2.0 in March 2024 because Harry’s original Icon has served me incredibly well and my j frames are multiplying. Before I get too far into the weeds, I need to qualify that I added an older, Tier 1 Concealed wing and basic clip to my Harry’s original j frame holster. It is Tier 1’s older blade wing (not the newer plastic stacks) with the basic plastic belt hook. I would include a picture, but I can’t figure out how. I carry every day and wear modern, form fitting clothes. I’m 31, 5’8″, and weight 145lbs. I have carried the 2.0 for about four months since March. I’ve also used the holster to compete in local IDPA-style matches for the early stages. Fair warning, this review is very much going to be in the weeds and the comparison is mostly in relation to Harry’s original kydex j frame holster. Apart from including a wing, I haven’t found the 2.0 to be an improvement over the original. The new wing is also too shallow to be effective. The 2.0 is missing the flat, body-side edge of the 1.0, it is longer in the barrel than the 1.0 by about .5 cm, and the sight tunnel on the 2.0 is needlessly taller as well. The 1.0’s sight tunnel easily accommodates full front and rear sights such as what is on the new 632UC. The 1.0’s flat top design is more accommodating, exposes more of the grip, and makes grabbing the weapon from concealment easier. The 2.0 is a little more narrow in the barrel and sight tunnel, but wider around the cylinder – the worst possible place. The 2.0 is better crimped at the muzzle – keeping more lint out of the holster. I think the 1.0 was about $60, while the 2.0 is $100. I can imagine a 2/3 mark up for a superior product plus inflation, but for the 2.0, this is not the case. That being said, the 2.0 is still the best j frame option I’ve found for IWB appendix carry, I’m just disappointed with the “improvements.” It works just fine. All around, I think the 1.0 was a better holster, and just happened to be more modular to accommodate its biggest weakness (no wing). My biggest asks for the 3.0 (in order) would be a more severe wing to push the grip closer/into my body, a clip that would allow for deeper concealment of the holster (the current clip can’t approach the belt being flush with the top of the holster – creating a top-heavy carry), and a return to the flat-edged belly side of the holster. I have returned to my 1.0, and I’m hoping that Harry’s will incorporate some of this feedback on their next model.

I love this holster. I’ve only had it for a little over a week but I’ve worn it daily since then. It’s very comfortable and the fit and finish are top notch.

Holster fit my Kimber K6s DCR perfectly. Only issue were the corners of the belt clips being so close to the trigger guard area. When I go to draw the weapon out of the holster my middle finger runs across that metal corner causing irritation.

I LOVE this holster! I had a difficult time finding a holster for my S&W 640 in .357 Magnum; not all J-frame holsters are created equal. This holster is very comfortable to wear, especially for extended periods of time; it’s almost hard to notice it’s on your waist. This holster conceals exceedingly well, it’s now my go-to concealed carry set-up anytime I’m running errands in my community.

I think it’s the best option for J Frames (snubs) AIWB carry. Set it up, no issues. Excellent customer service from the owner, emails to set up the holster prior to arriving, etc.
Like others mentioned regarding the J Frame holster- it’s molded to accommodate the wide variety of them made. My 442 rattles a wee bit, but once it’s attached, zero issues. Conceals well whether I’m sitting or standing.
Vids on YouTube from Harry’s showing the set up as well.

This holster is not cheap by any means but after having worn it a few times it is totally worth it to me. I have a LCR .357 and had an issue with printing on the grip. I changed the grip to a Boot Tamer and this holster. No more issues so I’m happy.
FYI I carry appendix and wear a cloth woven 1.5″ gun belt. I found the clip best at clip, washer, holster. Easy on and off in my car where I keep the LCR. Well pleased. Thanks.
