How long will it take to ship out my order?

Orders ship in two business days.

Do you offer a Military, Law Enforcement\First Responder discount?

Why don’t you have a phone number?

Our top priority is to make top-quality products for our customers. That requires research, hands-on product development, quality assurance testing, and more, so we’re not always sitting in an office or available to take a phone call. The best way to reach us is via email or our website, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

What is your return policy?

Holsters can take some adjustment and get used to. If you need help with the holster, please email us, and we’ll be happy to help walk you through the process of adjusting your carry setup. 99% of the time, comfort and concealment issues can be addressed with some adjustment.

You can return your new holster within 30 days of purchase. You’ll be refunded the cost of your order minus shipping and a $20 restocking fee. We’ll send you a return label. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Returns can take up to 14 business days to process from the time we receive them.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. You must initiate a return with us before sending the holster back. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order.

What is your No-Nonsense Warranty?

We created our No-Nonsense Warranty to give you peace of mind. All of our holsters are covered for life. If it breaks from normal use, we’ll fix it or replace it.

However, we are not responsible for lost hardware or damage from customer modifications.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before noon ship the same or next business day unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Can I get my holster in a different color?

Most of our holsters are only available in black. Every now and then, we produce limited runs of special colors. If you’d like to be notified when those are available, sign up to receive our newsletter.

Should I use a thread locker on my hardware?

Yes. We suggest getting the hardware positioned where you would like it before applying the thread locker. We recommend using Vibra-Tite VC-3. It also works great on optics and light mounts for your long guns.
