USPS, FedEx, and UPS are currently experiencing heavy delays and backlogs at levels of the shipment process. We’re seeing it take over a week for some packages to get scanned into the system while others are scanned in hours. This issue is widespread and affecting other businesses as well. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask that you allow extra time for your packages to be delivered. In the meantime, we will continue to try to work with USPS to rectify the issues and will send out replacements for packages that haven’t been scanned into the system after a week.
