Why It’s Called the Tea Cup
The first prototype had an unmistakable shape—wide at the base, flared at the top. In the shop, it earned the nickname the Tea Cup before it ever had a product name.
Instead of forcing a new label, we kept it.
That original shape wasn’t just cosmetic. It led to the core function of the design: a natural funnel that guides the speed loader into position, protects it during daily carry, and lets your hand index the reload consistently under stress.
What started as a visual nickname turned into a functional advantage. The name stuck because the design stuck.
Today, the Tea Cup has been refined, tightened, and purpose-built—but it still carries the same principles that defined the first prototype: fast access, secure retention, and repeatable reloads when it matters.
