Returns
Holsters can take some adjustment and get used to. If you find the holster is not working to your expectations, please email us, and we’ll be happy to help walk you through the process of adjusting your carry setup. 99% of the time, comfort and concealment issues can be addressed with some adjustment.
You can return your new holster within 30 days of purchase. You’ll be refunded the cost of your order minus shipping and a 20% restocking fee. We’ll send you a return label which is included in the restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Returns can take up to 14 business days to process from the time we receive them.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. You must initiate a return with us before sending the holster back. The fulfilment center can not process returns so orders sent to the fulfilment center will not be refunded. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping Protection Policy
Harry’s Holsters Package Protection provides coverage for orders placed on HarrysHolsters.com that are lost or stolen during transit. Coverage applies under the following conditions:
- The tracking information shows no updates for 7 days.
- The package was not delivered within 7 days after the package was shown as delivered under tracking. The customer must provide a written state from carrier confirming the was misdelivered according to GPS tracking.
- You have obtained a written statement from the shipping carrier confirming the package is lost or misdelivered.
How to File a Claim:
If your order meets any of the criteria above, please contact us at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- The current status of your package
Resolution Process:
- Once we receive your claim, we will ship a replacement order via USPS Priotiy after 7 days or immediately upon receipt of the carrier’s written statement.
- You may provide an alternate shipping address for the replacement if needed.
- One replacement will be provided per order. If the replacement package is also lost or stolen, Harry’s Holsters is not liable for additional replacements or refunds.
