Since hammerless revolvers do not snag when drawn from pockets, pocket carry is very good for a revolver. However, pocket carry requires extreme situational awareness and having your hand on the gun at all times.
You won’t have time to get your hand into a pocket and use the gun properly otherwise.

IWB Holster for S&W 442
The Smith and Wesson 442 IWB holster should have a couple of critical features.
You don’t want your S&W 442 holster to dig into your body while you carry it.
It is a real concern when it comes to an IWB revolver holster.
If you take the revolver’s natural shape, you’ll have a very sharp edge on the front of the cylinder.
We de-featured our 442 Smith and Wesson holsters so that the front edge becomes smooth and rounded.
