On quick ship holsters you have 45 days to try out the holster. If it’s not for you and undamaged you can return it after 45 days. No returns on custom holsters.
Our return policy lasts 45 days for quick ship options. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We don't offer refunds or returns on custom holsters or hardware due to the nature of the product. If I customer wishes to return a ready to ship holster it must be in like new condition and they are responsible for the initial shipping cost of the product and shipping the product back to Harry’s Holsters. Return must be shipped with a tracking number.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
